"FOREST NYMPHS" I found this image which dates back to a box made many years ago and I saw in the so much darkness, within so much beauty, I thought I should do it for me, to find me... My intention was to paint the sadness of that landscape and my soul, but became quite the opposite, I painted my soul reflected in thousand colors of autumn and spring; Perhaps that is why it is my Golden work and perhaps that is why it is named; because it is a landscape with true mysticism and unreality.
"EL BOSQUE DE LAS NINFAS" encontré esta imagen que remonta a un cuadro realizado hace muchos años y vi en el tanta oscuridad, dentro de tanta belleza, que pensé que debía hacerlo por mí, para descubrirme... Mi intención era pintar la tristeza de aquel paisaje y de mi alma, pero pasó todo lo contrario, pinté mi alma reflejada en mil colores de otoños y primaveras; tal vez por eso es mi obra dorada y tal vez por eso se llama así; porque es un paisaje con cierto misticismo e irrealidad.
